We offer a basic cake decorating class that meets 1 day a week for four weeks and each session last 2 hours. This class is great for beginners and cake bakers with experience. We take you from picking the right pan to perfecting the art of smooth buttercream, basic trim work, drop flowers, swirled flowers and the ribbon rose.
Our second course follows the same four week schedule as the basic course but takes the basic skills you learned in level one and challenges you to refine new flowers, borders, roses and the basket weave. This class is called Flowers and Cake Design.
Our Gum Paste and Fondate class is a very popular class for those who want to learn to make gumpaste roses, daisies, carnations, cover a cake with fondant and learn the basic of gumpaste and fondant. We recommend you take the basic course before moving straight to this gumpaste/fondant class.
Starting in February 2012, we are exicited to offer Wilton's newest class, wired gum paste flowers. This class is amazing and we are so exicited to teach it!
